Welcome to TechFest 2009
Now in its 7th year, TechFest is a gathering of the most forward-thinking and innovative minds from independently built and maintained real estate multiple listing services.
Focusing on the technologies and methodologies used to create these integral and critical systems for the real estate industry, the goal of TechFest is to share experience, knowledge - and the occasional war story - with counterparts nationwide.
This year's TechFest will be hosted by the National Association of Realtors®. Events will be held at NAR headquarters, located at 430 N. Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL.
Registration ends on September 11, 2009.
RETS Schema Group
The RETS Schema Group will meet immediately following the TechFest on the 23rd. As with previous meetings, the group will be working on the definition of the data model and schema for the RETS standard.
The agenda for this meeting is to continue on the Listing and Property definition and to work on the Media schema.
Participation is open to any interested parties. In particular, if you have a strong understanding of the data model and business rules for one or more MLS systems your participation is needed. Take this opportunity to shape the standard to meet your needs.
